Hi! I'm Michele from @mishellypins. I'm an artist and I make a variety of merch like stickers, pins, keychains, etc. based on anime, games and original works :D
2) Why do you do what you do?
I started mishellypins a few years ago when my sibling or friend told me I should make and sell my own art since I love buying a lot of merch hahaha. I find joy in making my merch and my friends & family support keeps me going.
3) Who or what inspires you?
Cute/Favourite anime, games, my dogs, etc. inspire me. Also, when I see my friends drawings or my favourite artist artworks, it inspires me to work on my art and strive to improve it :D
4) How is your experience being a creator in Singapore?
My experience overall is quite good 👍🏻 I remember my last market at Makers Market Scape, I did quite well and the vibe was really active and enjoyable 💗 I had a great time 😊
5) What do you wish would happen in Singapore to help creators?
I sometimes wish it would be easier to get booths at popular events in Singapore as usually at popular events, they would priorities popular artists to gather interest and their fans 😅
6) What are your goals?
My goals currently are to improve my sales online & art, possibly booth more and graduate art school :D
